Love
– The heart chakra is the chakra of love and compassion. It is from this
chakra we feel love for other people and are able to feel concern and sympathy.
The heart chakra is also here we are able to feel unconditionally love, which is
the strongest and purest feeling we have.
Healing
– For healing one must be able to feel unconditionally love. This feeling has
the ability to cure and spread joy. The heart chakra is the location of this
feeling. Unfortunately it is not such an easy feeling to dig up from our
emotions. It has to be totally pure and innocent. But heart chakra meditation
helps us to open it.
