– The throat chakra controls our self-expression and our ability to speak and
communicate with the world. A healthy and open throat chakra will allow us to
speak freely and clearly and truthfully. It allows us to speak our opinions and
beliefs.

Holding
Back – If our throat chakra is blocked we
might hold back. We will not be able to express ourselves and do not know how
to. We may feel that what we have to say does not matter and is unimportant.
Perhaps we feel inferior to the people around us, and instead of speaking we let
